28th February – First Aid Course

12 members had their RYA First Aid Course today, a mixture of refreshers and first timers. A big thank you to @simonwinkleymarine, for making the session so enjoyable and engaging.

A highlight of the course is Simon’s use of stickers to reward exceptional answers to questions, bringing out the competitiveness in all the trainees.

Sally, Simon, Mark & Gareth all ended the day with two stickers each, whilst poor Dave was the only one with no stickers at all!

Water levels at the club have receded, so we look forward to seeing you all at Sunday Racing
