September – Twilight Race – Sunsets

May – Open Day / RYA Push the Boat Out

We had some 60-80 people through the door and we had 14 fully paid up joiners on the day (a record) and there were more who expressed an interest in membership. 64 people went out on the water and several also signed up for training courses.
Karen and the Oppies received a lot of attention and she has managed to fill up her Oppie training for Monday nights.
The Model Yachters were also a great success with the youngsters as they kindly let them have a go.
Many thanks to Mike Newlove, Dave Lomas as well as those who helped during the day. The Reading Chronicle published a report on Thursday 17th May as their photographer Emma took photos. A special thank you goes to Sally who made sure it (and we) all came together on the day.
